I am giving 3 stars cause I was lied to about the price of my oil change when I scheduled the appointment. I was told the price was 49.94 mind you they called me with this price but I wasn’t due for oil change at the moment. I was told to schedule the appointment and lock price in and I could reschedule as many times as needed till time for my oil change. I had a great experience with Toyota! The staff was super nice, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Finnes kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going on. I really appreciated their communication and how they took the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. The service was efficient, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Toyota to anyone looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares about their customers.
They did great on the service. The only thing I have to complain about is it asked how did I want to be contacted email or phone and I put email. They disregarded all of that and called anyway. They woke me up Saturday to remind me of my appointment. I do not like that. I didn’t hardly sleep all night and laid down for a nap.

I bought my car at Riverside Toyota. Heather always makes sure I am taken care of. I go an hour out of my way, just to take my car to them for service. I have not come in contact with anyone there that did not go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
Took longer than expected and still having problems with my brakes squalling.

The current construction seems to cause difficulties across those board. My grandson was very disappointed that there were no cars in the showroom and no popcorn. Also, the service staff charged my husband for services that were covered under Toyota care.

Corey was top notch! He discussed all the options of the vehicle I wanted and let me know when they would have a vehicle to look at available. Once I got the chance to see what I wanted, we worked out a deal and they let me know when that car would be delivered for me to pick up. I am super satisfied!
service seems to go very well. They provided a loaner which was good. They advised that I needed air filters and windshield wipers (wipers were recently replaced). I advised that I would change the air filters myself. When I went to replace the air filter the casing had been left unlatched as well as the windshield wiper fluid top left up (as petty as these things are they are not what I expect from dealership service). Otherwise so far so good !
