Shay does a GREAT job for the service department. She takes good care of her customers and she always makes sure you're satisfied with the work before you leave.

Since we customers now have to make an appointment to get service it is great that I am sent emails as a reminder and got a call the day before. When I lived in Boston I went to a Toyota dealership for maintenance of my cars and I did not need to make an appointment so this is a new thing. Hope it continues to work out.
I got the feeling at Riverside Toyota that they really cared about their customers and wanted you to return in the future. Tedd Long was great. Tedd Long is the way all car salesman should be. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and never pushy. We asked for Tedd because he sold our daughter a car several years ago and displayed the traits described earlier. You can tell with Tedd and the Toyota dealership, they want customers to return. Tedd Long was great. He answered all my questions and told me he was only a phone call away if I needed any assistance. He was the first salesman to greet me on Saturday. He was friendly and has already checked on me to make sure I am happy with my purchase.
